PO 1. As professional members of the healthcare team, graduates are employed in preventive, curative, and rehabilitative healthcare settings.
- I.O.1. 80% of graduates are employed in healthcare institutions and organizations within the first two years following graduation.
- Feedback from internal and external stakeholders reflects at least 80% agreement with the program objectives, with responses of "partially agree" or "agree."
PO 2. Graduates provide holistic nursing care to individuals, families, and communities in accordance with their healthcare needs, using effective communication skills and adhering to professional ethical principles.
- I.O.2. 80% of graduates provide nursing care services in line with professional values and ethical principles.
- 80% of graduates effectively use communication skills.
- 80% of graduates utilize information and care technologies in nursing practice.
- 80% of graduates work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Patient satisfaction with the care received from graduates exceeds 70%, as measured by a score of 70 or above on the Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Care Scale.
PO 3. Graduates continue their personal, professional, and academic development with a commitment to lifelong learning.
- I.O.3. 5% of graduates enroll in postgraduate education programs within the first five years following graduation.
- 10% of graduates participate in scientific events such as courses, seminars, congresses, certificate programs, and training activities related to their field within the first two years of employment.
